This was our 36th session of the season. We were joined by 7 players who played a total of 18 games in which we scored an even total of 13,082 points for a 726.8 points-per-game average. We played 46 bingos this session. Of those bingos, not a single one was a phony, which is a first in a long while. As of this session, we have paid out $857.13 in prizes for the 2003-2004 season; click here for the list of winners!

Some numbers and other oddness for the session include:
High Game - 529 points by Ed Saunders
High Loss - 380 points by Lewis Saul
Low Win - 328 points by Jake Jacobs
Bingo King - Ed Saunders and Lewis Saul for an average of 2 bingos per game

Jake Jacobs was the top player, turning in a perfect 3-0 +74 scorecard. The contests for the evening were for High Loss, which Lewis won with a 380 point loss against his opponent's 407 point win. The "ING+S" contest for the highest scoring play ending with -INGS was won with a 74 point play of KINGS, played by Daniel Forrest. Dan and Lewis take home prizes of $5.25.

None of the progressive jackpots was won, and $1.31 will be added to each of them.

The next Session (29 July) will feature the following contests:
- "Barely Won It" Contest - Pay attention to your end game! A prize will be awarded to the person who wins a game by the narrowest margin (e.g., a final score of 380 to 378). Tie games do not count; ties are not wins. (~a quarter of dues collected)
- Monsoon Contest- A prize shall be awarded to the highest-scoring play of a word that relates to the monsoons that are (finally) upon us (e.g., MONSOON, RAINING, FLOODED, etc.). Be creative. If you can justify a word as being related to the monsoon in a sentence, we may just accept it as an entry.  (~a quarter of dues collected)
- Triple-Triple Jackpot - $5.94 plus an eighth of the evening's dues will be awarded to any player(s) who scores a  Triple-Triple Play. Note this cannot be combined with the 100+ Play Jackpot.
100+ Play Jackpot - $1.31 plus an eighth of the evening's dues will be awarded to any player(s) who scores 100 or more points in a single play. Note this cannot be combined with the Triple-Triple Jackpot.
- 600 Jackpot - $23.23 plus an eighth of the evening's dues will be awarded to the player to any player(s) who score 600 or more points in a game.
- 9+ Bingo Jackpot -$5.94 plus an eighth of the evening's dues will be awarded to any player(s) who scores a bingo containing nine or more letters.
